Room - not clean, no coffee/tea making, curtains wouldn't close.
I was unsure in the during check in there was only 1 person and a long line of people to checkin. the day staff were very helpful with getting a car for the day.

the shuttle services had long wait from airport over 30 minutes when we arrived. the long wait to checked in once we arrived at the hotel. Also it wopould have been nice to get information regarding the street construction in front of the hotel. Before hand it made it difficult to enter for someone with limited mobility.
The sofa bed was a bit dirty and super uncomfortable
The bedroom headboard had a stain, there wasn't enough towels for two, pillow case had a stain, and as of yet I still haven't received my receipt for the hotel but they have already posted on my card
