I was a little concerned after reading someone's review saying she experienced the bed as being firm. That wasn't my experience at all. I found the bed and the room beautifully comfortable.

It did seem to be a long wait for the shuttle. I know they say it comes every 20 minutes, but we saw other hotel shuttles come more than once in the time we were waiting for this shuttle. I also found the food being served in the restaurant fairly average. I had the salmon. It was ok, but not anything I'd race back for.

I paid a significant sum to basically sleep in a construction zone - major construction occurred right outside my window and continued until 3am!! Airport hotels are where you go to sleep, so this was incredibly disappointing, esp as there was no notice provided by the hotel of the pending inconvenience and no concession given this was a major disruption that would've affected my decision to stay on this night.
