It was all very dirty, after pointing it out they changed our room but it was practically the same as the previous one, unfortunately we had already paid for the stay otherwise we would have changed hotels. We used the laundry service but they lost some clothes and never recovered them without even apologizing. The worst part was the breakfast, after reading the reviews I was expecting something great but there was no choice, in fact, the first thing I ate made me sick, and I ended up with food poisoning from some eggs, after traveling throughout Nepal and in extreme conditions I got sick in the hotel. To top it off, before leaving they wanted to charge us for an extra night for no reason. It's the first time this has happened to me after many years of traveling, I do not recommend!!!

When I arrived, the room I booked was not available, but I got upgraded to a family room without extra cost. The staff was super friendly and they serve an excellent breakfast! Kettle is provided in the room as well as drinking water, toiletries and towels. I also could leave my luggage while I was looking for another place to stay.

The bed in the family room was not in good condition and I wasn't able to stay more than one night because the type of room I wanted was not available. Many of the rooms do not have windows or a view.
We stayed there for 7 nights and the experience was good. Great location!
