The location was perfect for our visit. Anthony, our concierge was exceptional. Courtesy shuttle around the area was a big plus as well.

Disappointed. I arrived at the property at 5:00 PM—an hour past the designated 4:00 PM check-in time—only to be informed that my room was not yet ready. The front desk confirmed my contact details and assured me I would receive a text update as soon as the room was available. After waiting an hour and a half with no communication, I returned to the front desk, where a room was finally assigned. Additionally, my luggage was never delivered to the room as arranged. Beyond the operational delays, the lack of attentiveness and urgency from the staff was deeply disappointing. I expect a higher level of hospitality and follow-through, and I hope this feedback serves to address these service breakdowns.

The room furnishings and layout were weird. It was a huge room with massive wasted space, while the bed was jammed in a corner and I had to walk sideways to get into bed. There were two small wardrobe closest instead of an actual closet. Racks were too high. There was only ONE small drawer for storage in the whole room. Towels were small and not plush.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We waited 45 minutes to get a room. We could’ve had a bite to eat but did not want to pay a mandatory 20% on the food.
