The housekeeping staff often forgets to provide enough amenities, such as giving fewer large towels, not providing mineral water, not providing toothbrushes, causing us a lot of inconvenience~
The hotel is in a fairly central area of the city, the staff is always welcoming and helpful: we used the laundry service which was very useful halfway through the vacation and the boy at the reception was very kind in recommending the pocket breakfast when we had to wake up at 6 to visit Chiang Rai. The pool is a nice addition for relaxation after a day out.

The rooms are spacious but I think the bathroom needs modernization, especially the shower. The pool only has 2 loungers, it would have been nice to have a larger space.
