The reception staff are not very friendly, and you do not receive proper updates or clear answers to your questions. The check-in process is also very lengthy, and there is little communication about what is happening. In terms of cleanliness, only one towel was provided, and the toilet was not up to the expected standard. There was a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom, which made the overall stay less pleasant.

Clean and excellent food! Ganga helped me put on a sari, she was very kind!! The rooftop pool and gym were also good, quiet so I could use any machines. The views of Chennai were amazing!
