Fantastic location close to Shinagawa Station! The staff were super friendly and check in/out was incredibly easy! Beds were nice and firm with 2 pillows for each person.

Room was big enough to open two large suitcases. Breakfast wasn't overcrowded and everything tasted great.

I booked the hotel two months in advance for its 24 hour counter in the hope that I can keep my luggage there for one extra day after check out. Upon arrival, I saw a sign at the elevator lobby stating: since about 6 weeks ago, the hotel changed its luggage storage policy. Luggage storage is now only available on check in and check out dates, and to keep luggage after check out date, you must have a next reservation and pay a fee. Upon seeing the sign, I inquired the staff whether I could store my luggage after checkout tomorrow and pick it up two days later (being very specific). He replied that I could, but needed to pay a fee. At check out the next day, however, I was told that since I did not have a next reservation, my luggage cannot be stored here. If I had known this situation, I would not have booked this hotel in any case.
I have stayed at various hotels, but I feel that the beds at this hotel are the most comfortable to sleep in (in my opinion). Thanks to that, I was able to sleep well this time as well. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were also perfect, making it a comfortable stay. Although it was my first time having breakfast, it was satisfying with a good balance of Japanese and Western dishes. The elderly male staff in the hall was very attentive, making me feel like I had truly returned to Japan. I will consider adding breakfast next time when I have time in the morning.

One of the two keys was broken. I wanted to sleep early, so I chose not to report it.
Excellent location near Shinagawa Station. Our room on the 5th floor was quiet. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff guiding to the tables. Laundry facilities, nice lounge area, and a drink vending machine. Good TV in the room, where we could watch local channels, including CNN.

The temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted, only the fan speed. When we entered the room for the first time, there were nail clippings from the previous guests on the full carpet. No wardrobe, so we had to keep our things in the suitcase, piled on the table. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay.
