I visit it with colleagues for a business trip. The room was clean, everything was good. The hotel was centrally located with free parking. I liked everything there, clean and polite good service. I recommend it. It was my first time in Minisk and I really liked it.

Creative people sometimes search for inspiration outdoors. In this sense, the President Hotel is a perfect place for a solitary summer retreat. Cozy beds, noiseless rooms, delicate personnel... Wonderful kitchen, and great interiors. I haven't tried the gym, maybe next time.

OMG I never expected this from this hotel. We are a group from Voyage hoteliers. We are disappointed from the beginning. We checked in at the main gate where security was very rude because our taxi was not luxury. He asked for our passports, which was very strange. No concierge service. Just checked into room 814/823, a man came to the room, opened the door, my colleague was naked, and the reception was normal about this situation. The rooms have very old furniture and the bathroom I don’t want to use at all. We still have to stay 2 nights in this hotel, not safe, not clean, rude staff. Please choose another hotel. Even a hostel is better.

I stayed in this hotel 7 times. The view, big room, awesome breakfast, lobby on every floor, sauna and pool make our stay more romantic. The staff, security, and room service are the best in my eyes. The view from the window watching Moscow at night makes me fall in love.

I stayed in the hotel for three weeks in June 2022 and did not regret it for a moment! It is spotless. Friendly and helpful personnel. Tight security. The location is far above excellent: Muzeon Park is a few steps away. The New Tretyakov Gallery is right there in the park. A few minutes away from the Old Tretyakov Gallery by foot, two subway (metro) stations, and a myriad of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. If you are someone who likes to walk, Red Square is within walking distance. A big bookstore is a few steps away from one of the metro stations (Polyanka). I attended a new book presentation and autograph signing there. One of the chain food stores a short block from the hotel is open 24 hours and offers anything your heart desires to eat, drink (including alcohol), and tobacco. The price of the stay is excellent too. I will stay there on my future trips.

Overall, the stay was wonderful! The location is superb - right across from Museon Park; very close proximity to many places; walking distance to metro stations. The area is very well secured. My room was upgraded for free. I asked for an unplanned extension and my request was fulfilled despite the fact that they were fully booked. The view was breathtaking - Peter the Great and the Moscow River. The cleaning team did an outstanding job - all my requests were done without any delays. The breakfast area was nice. The food selection was great - buffet style with many choices. I definitely will return and recommend the hotel to friends and family members.

The staff in both the restaurant and front desk were outstanding. They went out of their way to be helpful, providing English speakers, booking taxis, and exchanging money. Our massage was great but there needed to be a fluent English speaker available to help with details regarding the spa. We loved the old-style Russian flavor and the large multi-room suite!
