Everything. I staycation all around Siiem Reap at 5 star hotels at least once a month and there is always at least one thing that keeps me from returning too the same hotel twice. I cannot find any faults with this one. Great job to the staff Especially the daytime bartender;)

Exceptional!!! The pool, the room, the bathroom, the hotel itself is beautiful! In addition, my daughter is celiac and needs to eat gluten-free, and they had a lot of knowledge on the subject. There was even a person who managed all types of allergies. They even made her gluten-free bread!!!! And in the restaurant, they attended us explaining everything that was gluten-free and we had no problem. If you are thinking of going to Cambodia, do not hesitate to go to this hotel!

I think more attention should be paid to the fitness center, the equipment is already outdated.
