NEVER LEAVE YOUR SUITCASE ON THEM when you check out! Their free storage of luggage is a SCAM! It is misleading. We checked out early because we were advised that we can leave our luggage free of charge until 8pm. According to their staff (when we checked out), if we exceed 8pm, they will charge us 5 Malaysian ringgit per luggage (we even computed with her, since we expect that we will get back from Genting Island by 9pm to 10pm. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED THAT THE 5 DOLLAR IS A SCAM. When we were about to get the luggage (10pm- 2 hours extension), we handed over the 50 dollars for the 5 luggage to the duty staff. HERE's the TWIST: they won't release our luggage until we pay 70 dollars. I explained our computation of 5 luggage multiplied by 5 Malaysian ringgit per hour multiplied by two, since we have 2 hours extension, it should only be 50 Malaysian ringgit. But they argued (with a very aggressive voice, humiliating us with other guests) that some of our luggage are medium size so they will charge us with 10 dollars. WE WERE SHOCKED AS THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED TO US WHEN WE LEFT OUR LUGGAGE. I asked them to show us the pricing, but they could not show it to us. Instead, Jennifer (the name of the attendant when we were getting our luggage) rudely told us that we needed to settle the 70 and insisted that it is their rate, even if we explained that it was not disclosed to us that prices vary depending on size, nor did she show any published pricing to us to prove that prices actually vary. We were forced to settle 70 dollars despite the statement of the staff during our check out that we would only pay 5 dollars per hour if we exceeded 8pm. We feel like we were being held up by 20 dollars. I even called them out for cheating and misleading their guests, inviting you to leave luggage for a minimal cost when you exceed 8pm, yet when you try to get it, the amount will balloon. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD US FROM THE BEGINNING THAT THE CHARGE VARIES, NOT MAKING IT APPEAR TO US THAT IT IS ONLY 5 DOLLARS OR AT LEAST SHOW US THE PRICES.
