Everything was OK
I feel bad but the only thing is the breakfast and reception staff. As you can see, I don't give bad ratings, but I think it's terrible that they don't clean in 5 days under the excuse of water saving. There are signs in the bathroom to notify the day before.

The cleaning, we asked for it on the second day and it's a shame not to have a photo of how they made the bed, not even a 5-year-old child, the bathroom was not even touched up. We didn't ask for more given what we saw. I suppose that stays are shorter, but I don't excuse it, they should take it into account. I do not recommend it at all. The city and surroundings are dreamlike but in another hotel.
Rooms are nice, air conditioning is quiet and effective, good water pressure in the shower, breakfast buffet excellent, clean and modern interior. There's a small self-service shop in the lobby for drinks and other essential items.

The mattress was far too soft for my taste, and as a consequence I did not sleep well. Also, I found the walking distance to the old town a bit too long and boring, but there are frequent buses and electric scooters (Bolt) near the hotel which make the trip more enjoyable. Lastly, I prefer a walk-in shower to a shower over a bathtub.

Unfortunately, the room was stuffy
