There is no minibar in the room and the breakfast staff was rude, telling us to leave while we were waiting for the room to be ready for a day we had already paid for, meaning we arrived late, the day had already started, and the room was not ready. And they didn't even have the courtesy to let us sit down! They told us to leave the breakfast area and wait in the lobby!
Everything about my experience with the Douglas hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will most definitely return.
