Not clean, in three days of my stay it didn’t have water for a whole night and I had to catch the flight early. So it was really bad experience. Wi-fi was terrible.

It is practical and well located
It lacks many details, it is very basic, extra pillows without pillowcases. The ones that were there were small for the pillows. There was no hand towel in the bathroom and they only left one hand towel for two people. There is nowhere to hang the hand towel in the bathroom. It could have a coat rack to hang coats and bags upon arrival and some decorative detail like cushions, some ornament that makes the place warmer, it gave the impression of a place that was being renovated and several things had been removed.

The only thing worth mentioning is the location
The stay was terrible: They only leave you two bath towels and one hand towel (very dirty). I requested a bath mat or floor towel 4 times and they never brought it (the bathroom gets all wet). The shower is very poor, only a drop of water comes out and you can't regulate the temperature. The fridge couldn't be used, not even to store water due to the onion smell it had. I wanted to use the electric kettle and it was all dirty with putrid brown water. In short, I do not recommend it.
