The food was exceptional, very delicious and of quality. The location of the restaurants and bars was suitable. The room was beautiful and very well taken care of. The aquatic facilities and overall atmosphere were ideal for spending a few days on vacation.

The Zen restaurant was not good, the fish smelled fresh, the temperature was too high, and the staff was not welcoming. Too many construction works at the same time, so some restaurants closed in the evening, limiting the dinner choices. The evening shows lack originality, too focused on children every night, and start a bit late at 9:00 p.m. There is a lack of loyalty program from Royalton, we have been traveling to Royalton for 5 years and have not received any commercial discount to build loyalty. Missing tiles in the private pool, and a tile plate detached. There is a lack of variety in the hotel complex shops. There are a lot of sargassum, but it's natural and the hotel can't do much against this massive invasion.

I didn't like that the snack bar closes at 5, very early
