Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. I have stayed in other hotels in Da Nang before and so far Parosand Hotel's staff seemed to be well trained and ready to help any time. Location is convenient. The hotel is right by the beach. Convenience stores and restaurants are just a next door or a 1 min walk.

I'm not sure if the hotel offers smoking rooms because the bathroom reeks of cigarette smoke from the exhaust on the ceiling. The smoke could be from the unit upstairs. Sometimes we can hear noisy guests walk past our room so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-nights stay at Parosand Danang Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we stepped into the beautiful, nice-smelling lobby, the hospitality was top-notch. We stayed in the Family Room, which was absolutely perfect for us. It comes with bunk beds for the kids, and my 6-year-old loved it so much! The room also features a stunning, unobstructed sea view. Even on an overcast morning, catching the sunrise right from our room was a beautiful experience. The room itself was pristine, featuring super clean sheets and comfortable bedding.The staff truly went above and beyond for us. A huge, special shoutout to Ms MAY at the front office and the entire team for the outstanding service — they surprised us with a lovely welcome birthday cake right during check-in, which made our trip incredibly memorable and special right from the start. As well as, handled our courier delivery with no problem. Every single staff member we encountered within the hotel was so genuinely helpful, warm, and attentive. Another major highlight was the breakfast spread. It was absolutely amazing, with a variety that genuinely offers just about anything for everyone. We loved the dedicated noodle and egg stations, alongside a fantastic selection of cold cuts, cheeses, congee, and different kinds of fresh salads. They also think of the little things that make a beach holiday seamless—like providing fresh beach towels whenever you want to head across for a swim. To top it all off, we got to enjoy their complimentary airport service. We chose the airport drop-off for our flight out, which gave us a completely seamless and hassle-free transfer. Thank you, Parosand team, for making our stay so incredibly comfortable and special. We will definitely be back! ❤️ — Fam of 3 at Rm 902 ❤️
