It was right around the corner from a venue where we had concert tickets…..so that great. Overall the room was comfy and quiet.

When we got there at around 4pm the room was not ready. When then checked in and were told that we would get a message per cell phone when the room was ready. After an hour waiting I went to the front desk and was told the room was ready now that was around 5pm. Did not like that at all.

The room we received did not match what I booked. It was supposed to be a suite with 2 bedrooms. Facing the lake. We got a bedroom and a living room and immediately not facing the lake. And that's not okay.
