I couldn't use the room I had booked and paid for, which was supposed to have a private bathroom, as upon my arrival at the property, I discovered it was already occupied. I had to settle for a room with an external private bathroom. Although the property manager offered to provide breakfast for the next day, I believe that such compensation is not sufficient to remedy the inconvenience suffered, especially considering that the change in accommodation prevented me from using the service I had originally booked and paid for.

Terrible service. I was accused of not paying for the room when they later asked me to leave the money under a small door. They doubted my word even though my movements were monitored by cameras. The room was bare, without a TV and light in the bedroom. Rude and incompetent staff.
