It’s walking distance from to and in between HongQiao speed train station and HongQiao airport- location! Young, sharp and very experienced staff handling everything- very safe! I booked a car to Pudong airport for coming back to US the staff helped me well equipped with traveling knowledge and detail- experience!

I found this hotel by looking for the best location and it surprised me with quality food, best value and respectful employees! I only wish I found this hotel by traveling websites.

It's not the hotel's fault, but the coordinates on Google Maps were different from the actual location, and I wandered around the underground city for almost an hour. I was really troubled by this.
The location is perfect, not far from the train station. The rooms are very spacious and very pleasant. The bedding is very comfortable. The pool is superb. The gym as well. We didn't try the breakfast, too expensive.

The hotel itself is modern but basic; decent gym, indoor swimming pool, and an OK buffet breakfast. As far as I could tell there were no dining options in the evening, but there is a large shopping centre a couple of blocks away with loads of restaurants. Convenience trumps quality on this occasion.
