The spa facilities were more limited than expected. For example, we couldn't both get a massage at the same time.

The room smells terribly of cigarettes. The staff had very limited English. I had a homeless woman come into the 41st-floor bar area, and the hotel staff just told me to ignore her. Very uncomfortable situation.
The hotel is simply beautiful. The reception hall on the top floor is magnificent. The room was large and beautifully decorated. All rooms are on high floors, and the hotel is by the river, so you get a nice view everywhere. The breakfast was great, especially the noodles! Would recommend 100%!
