Very good customer service
Rooms quite small, only 1 pillow for double bed, no basic supplies like toothbrush, we stayed for couple days. No provided drinking water, you have to go down to get your water bottle refilled, at least have dispenser per floor. We were at the 7th floor and u had to go down to get water.
