and the cleanliness was acceptable. The staff were friendly and smiling, but they were not very helpful
Nice location 10 minutes walk from Haymarket station. Found the staff generally friendly but Erin who checked us in at reception was particularly lovely and helpful. We found the large seating area by reception very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The windows can't be opened, not even a crack to let air in.

The door to the bathroom, toilet is also the door of the wardrobe. (only shifted sideways) When you were in the bathroom, there was always a gap of about 10 cm. Privacy in the toilet is therefore not guaranteed. This could be improved.
