From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.

Now I am nit picking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the roof top terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirl pool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.
The staff at the reception were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Bianca and Pedro went out of the way in helping us plan our day. The restaurant staff was also very polite and helpful ensuring we received an early breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had an early morning flight to catch. All in all a pleasant experience although we felt it was a bit overpriced.

- The room size is below average. - The electric elevator malfunctioned on the first day only and we had to use the stairs. - The wardrobe area, the room, and the bathroom sink are open with no door between them, and the shower area and toilet have only a glass door that is almost like a public shower and toilet.

We were told we had an upgrade the room didn’t reflect an upgrade for the cost of the room. This was disappointing.
