I love this place cause of the convenience. It's decently close to Osaka station and you have the a few other lines within close walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room amenities are adequate enough for what you get.

Check-in at 5pm and check-out at 10am is a bit crazy IMO. Additionally, the change where they won't hold your luggage unless you pay a fee (800 yen if I'm not mistaken) for the day is very disheartening. Offering to hold the luggage till 12pm when the check-out is 10am is just telling me you don't want to hold my luggage without telling me you don't want to hold my luggage. I can live with the check-in and check-out times. The luggage thing I wouldn't be as upset about if the fees weren't the same or higher as a lockers nearer to the station.
