The stained mattress really annoyed me. I immediately told the staff to change it.

The room was nice and offered good value for the price. However, the hotel should pay more attention to guest comfort. The bed mattress was old, the cushions had stains, and the towels were torn. The biggest issue was that I found bed bugs, which was a complete disaster and made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses these hygiene and maintenance issues to improve the guest experience.
