The hotel was in an excellent location, with two different metro stops (JB and A) very close, about 100m away. They cleaned the rooms every day and replenished the towels, toilet paper, and tissues. There are supermarkets (Seven Eleven, Lawson,..) and restaurants nearby. Great value for money.

The air conditioning was set to 20°C during the night, but I suppose if we had reported it to the staff, they would have fixed it.
Beautiful room, comfortable wide beds, large bathroom, humanoids at the reception :-), quick check-in and check-out, option to buy breakfast and lunch. Possibility to lock suitcases on the ground floor after check-out. Towels changed and room cleaned every day. USB sockets in the room. Fast Wifi. The hotel is located very close to train and bus stations.
