The staff doesn't speak English. If you call and ask to be connected with a room number, it's pure hell. I tried to pronounce the 931st room number 20 times and just gave up after a few minutes. It's abnormal. Hire employees with basic English skills. But it's impossible to communicate with gestures. It's just inhumane.

So easy to check in and go through security! They made an effort for our honeymoon and the room was gorgeous! Breakfast was great and room service too.
