I booked a suite with a room, but unfortunately it was connected to two rooms separated by a door, which was a source of disturbance from the adjacent suite. The expected view was not as anticipated as it overlooked the parking lot and the building entrance.

I had booked a two-bedroom apartment based on the view in the photos overlooking the garden and the pool, but unfortunately, I got a view of the parking lot... and paid the difference after the insistence of the reception manager, Mr. Osama, for the second night an amount of 15 Bahraini dinars to get the view I had requested when booking initially according to the photos on the Booking website.
I liked the good reception and their handling this time. I met the head of the reception group, Mr. Mohsen, and he was cooperative. Miss Sakina was the first one to welcome us with a classy attitude.
