Apartment was missing plants, more plain and less decorated as on pictures (not up-to-date). Pans were damaged, but replaced after requesting others. Broken faucet. No duvet covers, only sheets. Not all amenities were refilled (on time). Very late confirmation on availability of late check-out. Noisy fans in living. No/defect lights in swimming pool. Late cleaning of the apartment. Very high booking price, compared to current prices.
Beautiful facade of monumental building. A well-equipped home featuring all basic amenities, offering a sense of home and independence. Hostess made sure the home was cooled by the time of arrival, which is nice with the tropical heat, and she came to check on us the next day. She was very friendly.

Stay was too short
The ease of access to the place and how comfortable and safe we felt. The natural air due to the open windows that latched and the super large ceiling fans that kept the un-air-conditioned spaces cool
