Included breakfast relatively expensive. Unfortunately, the rooftop terrace was closed during our stay.
We had an amazing time celebrating our wedding anniversary at the Hyatt Centric. The room was fantastic, with great attention to detail. The bathroom was luxurious, and the room was sleek with a beautiful view.

Our only complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit warm and didn't get as cold as we would have liked. However, this was only a minor issue as the rest of our experience was fantastic.
The hotel is truly beautifully done, and everything has been thought of. It is super clean, the rooms are great, and the staff is very friendly, especially Payton at the front desk! The location is also very good as it is well connected by metro/tram/buses. The pool is, of course, unique!

Late check-out was not available due to being fully booked, but then they asked for 450 HKD to allow me to stay for an additional 3 hours... Rats...
