Everything was perfect! The Host was a pair of friendly and lovely couple. It's beyond the expectations. The room is super clean and having a modern Japanese renovation. I love having tea with them including Qiang ge. While my kids love their friendly and smart dog (chai chai). It even send us out when we check out. They treat us like a family. We love you guys. You all really make our holiday a memorable one. Lastly, it's super highly recommended to all. Location perfect. 5 Stars! Bed very comfortable. 5 Stars! Host (Couple) I'll give a 10 stars! Keep it up and hope will see you again when we visit Yunnan

Incorrect booking location. Noisy location at night. Upon arrival, the shower did not work, the next day there was almost no hot water. They did not clean the room one of the days. It has a washing machine but no dryer or place to hang clothes. For the same price, there are better options.

She managed to send it to the next hotel and contact both carrier and next hotel to make it arrives in time.
