Spectacular location, 10 meters from the bus stop to the salt mines, 200 meters from the center, and 100 meters from the place where they pick you up for Auschwitz. The staff was spectacular, all were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and adequate.

It's not a typical hotel, but I found it very good for the price
Very nice and helpful staff. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, coffee and tea available in the room. You can leave your luggage if you arrive early.

The room was quite small
Very nice ladies at the reception. I have been there several times and probably not the last. The location is a plus when you need to get to the airport. Clean and quiet. Although the room we were in was tiny, you don't need a bigger one for one night.

The shower room was ridiculously small, the sink overlapped the toilet, there was only about 12" from the toilet to the door so you could hit your head on the door handle or your elbow on the sink. The cafeteria was crowded one morning by students, meaning there were no spaces for residents to sit and no effort made to move the students on when they had clearly finished eating and were just sitting playing on their phones
