Wonderful location, lots of interesting and accessible walks. Shops and plethora of restaurants to choose from in easy walking distance. Highlight, the Birkenhead brewery ( BBC) Good people, good food, good craft beers.

Couldn’t fault the place.
Location great. Quaint vibe to the area with local shops, groceries and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Bonus to have washer /dryer in our room too.

Water pressure in shower is low.
Great views of Auckland city, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and walking distance from city ferries. Tidy, clean and everything needed for a self sufficient stay. Third time we have stayed here.

Some of the furniture is getting a little old and stained (chair arms). But really nothing else to complain about.
