Location on the harbor area on the edge of the old town is excellent, train and bus station 300m away. Easy to take a local bus to Poetto beach and elsewhere. The room rate includes bread, pastries, coffee, tea, and a daily supply of bottled water, juice, and a small milk in the room's fridge.

Arriving in the dark, the front door is hard to notice and locked, you have to call to have it opened. Once you find the sign with the phone number.

A great location close to parking, the town center, and easy to find. Very convenient, well-appointed kitchen easy to reach. The bedding was very comfortable, the AC was working well, and the bathroom was functional.
