Very soft bed, absence of a kettle, no air conditioning or ventilation, when opened, due to the location there is more noise.

Only the good location!
The hotel and the room are clearly showing signs of age. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, has much room for improvement. No storage space in the bathroom. Doors and furniture clearly show wear and tear and should be updated to the times, suitable even for non-high-priced accommodations. The room could also use more cleanliness.
