I didn't feel like I stayed in a hotel at all. The pillows are very bad and have no connection to being in a four-star hotel. The room is very ordinary, and the breakfast has no options. It's the first time I see cold eggs as if they came out of the fridge, which is the only meal that could suit us. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, struggling in the shower between cold and hot water
