Arrived very thirsty - there are NO drinks in the accommodation!!! The rooms do not match the pictures. The photos were taken and apparently no one was there to clean or anything afterwards. Dirty, moldy, hair left over from the previous guest. Dirt is under the bed. Towels very small, dirty and musty. The breakfast is horrible. Egg overcooked, coffee only soluble, if you want one from the machine you have to pay extra. Parking spaces only available for two cars, streets very narrow.

No elevator, going up and down the stairs is really inconvenient, service standards are poor, rooms have not been cleaned, bed linens are still old, a pile of leftover items, finally had the management rearrange. Feeling very bad, hoping in the future to add an elevator in the hotel description. Hotel needs management reform

The hotel is on a small hill, but not a big problem, because most of Sarajevo is on a hill there is a nice well-lit path to the hotel
