The view out the window showed lots of rubbish thrown a shame as nice trees and outlook otherwise, but this is India rubbish like this is everywhere sadly.

The room is indeed large but lacks character, cold and basic minus. On the first night after a long trip, we had no water to shower. Although we asked them to come check several times, nothing was done and only the next evening someone arrive who solved the problem in seconds. The room is not clean, the towels are torn, low standard, there is no connection between the Instagram photos and reality. The place is very expensive with no proportion to the value.
One of the times I stayed at Hauz Khas, I left a journal in the room. They found the journal, contacted me and helped me in giving it to a porter to deliver it to a local friend. The rooms are very spacious, the design very cool with wavy mirrors. When I arrived after midnight to check-in, they allowed me a free late checkout. I was able to walk to Deer Lake and Hauz Khas Ruins in the morning for a slow exploration.

Amazing place! The staff is so friendly and chef Raoul cooks delicious stuff :) The design and space of the room 10/10!! Really a great and comfortable place to stay - and the cafe and restaurant is amazing!
