The accommodation is located within Lijiang Ancient Town. Cars are not allowed to drive within the town and so customers will be required to contact the hotel staff to arrange manual trolley transport of the luggage to the hotel as it is about 5 minutes of walking from the nearest entrance. The room was overall clean with a unique interior design aligned with the ancient town. However, I was quite disappointed with the check-out experience, as my family had requested in advance for the staff to help with transporting the luggage out, only to receive a notification from the staff that he drank too much the night before and could not accede to our request.

It is a very nice hotel! It is clean and very convenient to go to most of the places in Lijiang Ancient City. In addition, the service is also very good!
