Very good location and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helped me and my friend. For one of the nights, me and my friend were leaving early during the day to catch the 7am train to Mostar. The staff member who worked on Sunday morning, a gentleman with brown hair and glasses kindly packed us breakfast for the trip. It was a very kind gesture.

The hotel was located right near old town which made it very convenient to go back and forth. Breakfast was good. I want to recognise a staff member who goes by Amer (apologies if I spell it wrong). We were meant to stay for two nights but I made a mistake and only booked for one night. Amer was very responsive and attentive and looked for alternative accompaniment. He went above and beyond and showed excellent customer service. I really hope he is recognised for this. He is a superstar!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the we initially reserved for as the door handle didn’t work. Staff gave us an alternative room which was smaller which looked like an attic. However, as a result, they lowered our hotel cost.

Unfortunately, the price for one person is 93€ for a hotel in Bosnia, which is a bit expensive, it's about 200KM for one night for one person
