シャワーヘッドが顔に向かって真っ直ぐで使いづらかった。上からの固定シャワーがあったのでそれを使用した

チェックイン時の対応から、スタッフの方々の接客態度に残念な印象を受けました。 館内でスタッフの方とすれ違っても、挨拶がないどころか、無表情で対応されることが多く、こちらまで不快な気持ちになりました。 本来であれば、ホテルのスタッフと気持ちよく接することができるはずですが、むしろスタッフと顔を合わせないように行動したくなるほどでした。 このような接客であれば、いっそのこと無人チェックインの方が気持ちよく利用できたのではないかと感じます。設備やサービスだけでなく、スタッフの接客態度についても改善を検討していただきたいです。

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We’re pretty sure the kitchen must be under some form of reconstruction. For a hotel of this size, location and price range, this can hardly be their regular option. The eggs and sausage was cold, and at that price, even in Denmark we would expect a lot better quality. However: Looking at pictures and reading previous reviews we’re quite certain this can’t be the normal situation
