Overall not bad. Satellite TV is glitchy. The bed leg on the ground floor shakes from time to time. The heater leg does too. Hand towel with an unremovable stain. If you open the window, it smells like something dead. Sometimes it's cold. If you take a shower, the entire floor gets wet as it drips from the bottom of the curtain. The hairdryer is inconveniently located on the right, standing right in front of the toilet to dry. Mirrors in front of the bed are unsettling. Maybe perfect for sexual pleasures.

Perfect location in the center of Moscow. The Kremlin and St. Basil's Cathedral are within walking distance in a few minutes, and a metro station is not far away. The rooms are small but exceptionally furnished, everything worked and was clean. Anna at the reception is very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Also, the price for this location is unbeatable.

Hotel location is great near Red Square, metro station, supermarket, with many nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby, walkable to the main tourist sights. The bedrooms are a good size and nicely decorated. It's my second time in this hotel, and I strongly recommend staying there if you visit Moscow.

The hotel generally had a good location, but the staff are unaccommodating and not service-oriented. They don't greet you when you come/go and show little interest in the guests. Room service only involved shaking the duvet into place, and it was evident that room cleaning was not part of the daily routine (the wall-to-wall carpet was full of hair/dust/dirt, debris/things were under the bed, hair and miscellaneous items in the bathroom). The bathroom also didn't smell good. One day it was clear that someone had gone through our luggage. When this was brought up with the receptionist, she showed no understanding or humility about it. When we asked for an explanation, her English suddenly got much worse, and she only responded in Russian.

Five minutes walk to the subway, 300 rubles for a European breakfast, cheap, polite front desk, clean room, strong hot water. It's great to be at Red Square in 12 minutes.
