The elevator wait is very long. The parking lot is small and the entrance to the main road is blocked by other cars, so it is very dangerous to exit.

the view the craft beer on the floor first, I checked online, they have so many varieties of beer. I wish Tui Blue had more options so I could purchase more. Staff cleaner-well communication.

Elevator glitch when I enter my floor number, but it didn't stop at my floor. It went back down. Every time I enter my floor number, it gets reset when someone enters their number. So annoying.

A conversation with the 'boss' was necessary to claim our right to a late check-out even though it was stated in the booking. And 95% of the guests were Russians. Not that it matters fundamentally. But you didn't feel particularly welcome among them. The elevators are not sized for the number of guests.

Paid through booking before check-in for a premium family room on the 27th floor for 5 nights. Checked in quickly. The booking indicated a 5-star hotel with a good rating. After check-in, I was a bit surprised by the linoleum on the floor and Ikea furniture (cheap), the room was not very clean, the room was disappointing. Asked to cancel the reservation and get a refund. The hotel referred to the booking. I wrote to booking, booking said they didn't mind if I resolved it with the hotel, but the hotel did not cooperate. - A huge minus is that in a room for 4 people, they give 4 small branded glass bottles of water 250-300 ml each, asked for 2 more, a problem arose - not allowed. The next day they started asking about these empty bottles, if the bottles are not in the room, then a fine will be imposed, but the bottles were just standing in different rooms near the bed on bedside tables, etc. There is no iron in the room, asked for an iron, they brought a children's iron without a steamer, the smallest one that you could bring in a suitcase, most sockets do not work due to different plug diameters, one had to hold the plug while the other ironed. The restaurant is on the 30th floor, 3 elevators that are constantly overloaded take you to breakfast, then from breakfast. The beach is crowded with tourists at 5-6 am.
