Bugs in bed, staff unable to give change and do basic math , breakfast was meh

The room has a bad moldy smell to it. There was an fire emergency that happened, everyone moved to escape thru the stairway but was obstructed /blocked by random objects (like heavy mattresses) they put by the door making it hard to escape. If it was a real fire, it would be a disaster.
