Great location and smart TV. Good heating. Nice staff.

Advertised as 4 stars. 4 star price with 2 star facilities. Poor maintenance, curtains falling down, broken towel hooks in the bathroom, window shade broken. Old towels. The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable.

Közel van a belváros; kedves a személyzet

Mocskos, elhanyagolt a környék; nem komfortos ott sétálni. Az autónkat a nyilvános parkolóban feltörték. Erről nem a személyzet tehet de nem volt kedvünk tovább maradni

Clearly it is not 4 star hotel. The photos are misleading.

Blizu starega mestnega centra, čisto, prijazno osebje.

Most of the rooms have been renovated, but ours hasn’t been touched since the '84 Olympics. It faced a noisy street; the air conditioning didn't work (we wanted to use it for heating), and only one of the three radiators provided any heat—and even that couldn't be adjusted. The windows offer no insulation, and there are practically no blackout curtains. The mattress is as hard as concrete.

1) The staff were amazing and helpful. 2) Location was good and just to the north of the center of the old town. 3) Parking was available and secure and safe @ 10€ per night. All arranged by the hotel and paid to the hotel.

1) The washroom was very small, and barely sit the WC and very tight shower box. 2) There is not water not tea or coffee at the room. However, it is available free at the ground floor at breakfast area. 3) The breakfast is very basic and has minimal variety and limited quantities. I did not see a refill while we are taking the breakfast.

Posizione ottima! Colazione il giusto :)

Non merita il prezzo che ha, è una struttura vecchia, bagno minuscolo, non è stata messa a posto o pulita la stanza durante il mio soggiorno
