Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay - the food was excellent, the breakfast was rich. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. I would like to come back here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The room was spacious enough, equipped with a balcony, very clean and nice. Big and very comfortable bed. The hotel/room was very quiet and peaceful. Complimentary mineral water, tea, and coffee were available in the minibar. The room was equipped with an iron. It was possible to purchase some snacks and drinks at the reception for a reasonable price. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Compared to my recent first (business) stay at the hotel, there have been improvements (good air conditioning settings, adjustable, good water temperature in the bathroom, etc.).

A disadvantage is the location, it's a bit further to walk to the center, but there is very good bus connection. Worse is the connection to intercity buses (Terminals North and South or TEG). It could have been slightly better in terms of replenishing hygiene items (bathroom soap, etc.) or cleaning tasks (glasses). Unlike my recent stay, the Turkish TV channels (TRT) were not functional.
