Excellent location, close to the train and bus stations, as well as the port. A shopping promenade with cafés and shops is right nearby. Daily cleaning, rubbish removal and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast voucher at a nearby café: 1 coffee/cappuccino + 1 croissant per person.

Communication was rather slow, and we were not given any information about the breakfast upon arrival. The room, especially the bathroom and shower, was very small. The inside of the shower frame had significant buildup and was difficult to clean; the bathroom is in need of renovation.

The location is perfect for getting around with the train, bus, and ferries, very clean in the city center and a nice area. Much appreciated the bottles of water waiting for us in the room after three hours of travel.
