We decided not to stay at this hotel after our friends arrived before us and told us about several serious concerns. They reported finding bugs in the room and feeling very unsafe in and around the property. They also had an alarming encounter with people who appeared to be homeless, who asked for our IDs and tried to get access to our room. After hearing what happened, we did not feel safe coming to the hotel at all and booked another hotel instead. It was a very concerning experience.
Terrible dirty place. While checking in some random lady asked for my id to book a room for her. The room was terribly dirty. Dead roaches. The sheets were sticky. I didn’t even dare to take shoes off. Dirt everywhere. Smells like wet and humid. Couldn’t stay there more than 10 min. Checked out instantly. The receptionist didn’t even asked what was wrong when I come to check out. There are plenty of better options few minutes away.
