Erg fijn hotel. Ik had gekozen voor de eenpersoonskamer met de gedeelde badkamer. De gedeelde badkamer was erg schoon en werd meerdere malen per dag schoongemaakt, erg fijn! Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam met onder andere het boeken van mijn busrit richting Bagan.

Er waren wat werkzaamheden aan het hotel. Het was overdag, dus niet zo erg, maar het duurde wel een aantal uur. Het was netjes geweest als ze dat van tevoren even hadden gemeld.

Great service, daily cleaning etc. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Big breakfast buffet with Burmese food. Friendly staff. Water dispenser in the entrance hall + daily free water bottle.

The shared bathroom quickly got dirty and smelly again throughout the day. Toilet paper was always soaked. The location is in a lively place which is great, but good to know for those that prefer a quieter stay.

I had such a relaxing stay at SERENE Stays. The environment is so quiet and peaceful, the bed is incredibly cozy, and the staff made me feel so welcome with their warm service. Waking up to a delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff were accommodating, hard working and helpful. Out was convenient that there was a restaurant on top of the hotel.

Some of the rooms were a bit moldy but the hotel staff moved us rooms and it was better. Depending on which side of the hotel you stay on, there can be quite a bit of street noise throughout the night (street dogs are loud)
