I was given a room next to my family I had come with the aged person so I wanted to stay next to them. I think the property should have checked if both the rooms had hot water before it was allotted.

The hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is in a great location, slightly outside the center, which is still easily accessible on foot, so it is in a very quiet area. The staff is super friendly and competent, they fulfilled any request we had, such as the takeaway breakfast on the morning we left early. The hotel is beautiful, equipped with all services, such as laundry and a rooftop pool. Good and well-stocked breakfast. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything. Therefore, a totally positive experience.

I arrived in the morning, but being able to check in and be shown to the room was a pleasant surprise. I used it with four adults in the family, the room was clean and spacious with four regular beds (mattresses) and two toilets and showers each, and even a jacuzzi, making it very comfortable. They replenished the drinking water every day and cleaned it every day if requested. In the lobby lounge refrigerator, there were drinks, yogurts, and sweets, which could be enjoyed at any time within a certain time frame. The staff were also very friendly. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
