Nice, cozy, small, cute hotel. The hotel is located on the second line, on a quiet street. There is a shop nearby, a coffee shop with very tasty coffee and matcha, as well as a cafe with delicious Pho Bo. The cafes may seem unremarkable, but in the mornings, there are always many locals there. They truly have a Vietnamese atmosphere without a hint of a tourist. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Duong De Beach, but there are no sun loungers there. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Northern beach (well-kept) at a leisurely pace. The hotel has underground parking, but it's small. The parking is closed at night. The entrance group is all in plants. The manager is present at the reception even at night. I would like to note that the managers are very attentive and always available. There is a kitchen/dining area on the first floor, but I didn't see it in operation. There is an elevator, and it works. The room is small but overall cozy and stylish. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed as well. The sheets were changed every day, but there were no pillowcases or duvet covers. The refrigerator was not working when we left. There are a couple of glasses, a kettle, and water. The bathroom has liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The air conditioner works well, we even turned it off. It is conveniently located above the entrance door, so it doesn't blow directly on the bed. There is a balcony with a sea view. On the 5th floor, there were two bar stools on the balcony, but no table. On the 4th floor, there was a table and a chair, but the second chair was missing. My rating is 8 - I will indicate why below.

1. 2 bath towels and 1 for the feet. There is a lack of small towels. 2. There is no clothes dryer, nowhere to hang wet swimsuits, except maybe on the stairs. But usually towels are dried there. 3. There are minor flaws that still detract from the maximum comfort of the stay - a loose faucet, loose bolts on the shower holder. Spending 2 minutes to tighten a bolt is not difficult. I spent exactly that amount of time. Very creaky closet doors. Broken handle on the balcony door. On the 4th floor, there is 1 chair on the balcony in a double room. 4. The main downside. Why did we move from the room on the 5th floor to the room on the 4th floor? Because there were a bunch of ants in our bed. We discovered them late in the evening. The manager solved the problem, changed the mattress. But their nest is not in the mattress but in the podium in the gap. The guys did a great job, they treated the podium before changing the mattress. But the ants still started crawling out by midnight. It's not a pleasant feeling when ants run over you at night. So, dear tourists, don't eat in bed. They don't just appear there for no reason.
